Welcome to Wholistic Therapies Website. This site was designed to inform you about Adam Nichols a Wholistic Health Practitioner and his recommendations for finding good health solutions. The Wholistic Health Model incorporates the understanding that the wellbeing of any person is reliant on the harmonious function of all aspects of human existence. These components encompass the Physical Structural Hard-Body of the Musculo-Skeletal System, including the hard wiring such as the Central Nervous System, the Structural Soft-Body, incorporating the organs and Glandular Systems and their Biochemical pathways. The  latter refers to those chemical reactions that drive the organ and Glandular Systems, as well as the Neurological Pathways. These also include the Mental/Emotional responders. The final area is the Energetic and Spiritual Nature of Human existence, that part of us that drives and motivates our will and self awareness.

To expand the service of providing assistance to people using the Wholistic Health Model. To help those people who are actively involved in seeking answers to taking control in maintaining positive health and a balanced life through Natures Wisdom.

Company Profile

Wholistic Therapies Pty. Ltd. is owned and run by Adam Nichols a Wholistic Practitioner in Sydney Australia. The company has been incorporated since 1994 and under its banner Adam and his colleagues have been exponents of the multi-disciplined Natural Health Industry.

About the Practitioner:

Adam R. Nichols received his Diploma of Doctor of Chiropractic and Diploma of Doctor of Osteopathy in 1978 through the Sydney College of Chiropractic & Osteopathy in Ashfield. He holds current registration to practice with the NSW Chiropractors and Osteopaths Registration Board and is licensed as a Chiropractic Radiographer. He also holds a diploma in Phytotherapy (Medical Herbalism), Remedial Massage and is certified in Laser and Traditional Acupuncture, Hemaview Live Cell Analysis as well as Impairment Rating. Adam is a cerfified expert in NET (Neuro-Emotional Technique).

He first became intensely interested in Natural Therapies when he was a teenager after experiencing first hand the benefits of Osteopathic Therapy. On leaving school he dedicated his life and education to becoming a Wholistic Practitioner. He has always treated his patients using the Wholistic Model, incorporating Osteopathic/Chiropractic protocols with the basic physical therapies such as; interferential electro-impulse therapy, ultrasound therapy, infrared treatment, massage, applied kinesiology, spinal stressology and corrective exercise programs. Other modalities applied in the Wholistic approach being; Naturopathy and Medical Herbalism, Acupuncture both Traditional and Laser, Orthomolecular Nutrition, Dietetics, Homoeopathy, Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET) and Neuro-Organizational Technique (NOT). Adam’s special interest area to which he is devoted, is Cranial Osteopathy relating to the effects of Retained Primitive Reflexes, Attention Deficit Disorders (ADD/ADHD) and Delayed Behavioural Development associated with Learning Difficulties in children and adults.
